I am aware of my beingness, as I view the sunrise out my window.

No longer mired in anxiety and doubt. I am the presence behind these eyes, animating this body.

All is projection of my thought, word, and action. I am the observer, ever vigilant, and I am keen to bring my being back to equilibrium at every passing moment.

I reduce all thought, as mental noise, to be ever present in quiet stillness.

I do not seek the crowd.

Instead, I embrace solitude – where I meet the Divine: that being the true nature of the self within. There is no need for signal or validation from outside the self – for that act implies lack, doubt, and low self-worth; to need the approval of others!

My route to peace is through stillness, to quieten the mind and reside fully in the heart space. The need to prove oneself thus falls away, and one cultivates a state of pure presence.

In this state of pure presence, awareness becomes heightened.

The external reality must become subservient to your own intention – events no longer happen to you, they happen for you and you are firmly in the driving seat of your reality – you are co-creating reality with Universal Consciousness.

This is the birthright of all God’s children – as fractals of God, we are empowered to live a joyous and peaceful life, as Self-Realised beings emanating the light of God Consciousness onto this planet Earth!

Amen….. so be it!
