To feel the joy of life in the breaking of the dawn.
I view the glistening of the lake as the birds chirp their gleeful song.
Another day commences, the activity of passers by brings the day into focus – drawing my mind away from nature’s eye.
The city traffic starts to fill the soundscape, and I lose the beauty of nature’s sights.
The call to start the day gets louder, yet still a breeze wafts through the open window, bringing a degree of presence to my awareness before it takes flight.
Then a glance at the clock brings a rush of angst… I’m back in the matrix’s grip.
Yet in the quietude of that breaking dawn, my essence tapped into the eternal now and cleansed my being.
In all our ‘toing and froing’, it’s God within and around us that is all seeing.
To feel the joy of life once more as the sun begins to rise in the sky….
Allows freedom to pervade my being and just let the world go by.
I rest a little longer still, ignoring the enemy of clock time.
As I contemplate my true being and live fully in the present, I feel fine!
For what are our true goals in life if we’re honest and read our signs?
Is it not to cultivate peace of mind and embrace love of our creator whom exists throughout all times.
I stretch and take a deep breath and begin to really feel the surroundings.
All worries and fears can not exist in this place as great tranquillity arises.
Therefore, take time out to be in stillness.
Let God make equal the fool and wise.
All is transient – as this human race will change form; all darkness shall meet its demise.
To feel the joy as the sun begins to set…
Never fret or concern yourself with material strife.
Know deep in your heart you belong to God and have eternal life.
Rejoice in life’s abundance and as a being of God’s love you need never forget.
Life can take twist and turns as each day passes through…
Yet, we hold the love of our creator in our being; both me and you!
