To be in my heart space, I require a stillness of my mind.

Not drawn into the external stimuli, where all aspects of illusion I find. 

From this place of silence, great peace enters my soul.

Nothing needs my attention, I relinquish all my striving towards an illusory goal.

For the egos vying for my attention will always pull me out of the ‘here and now’.

Only by my meditative awareness am I free to feel the flow of love others fail to allow.

So when I’m amidst the tempest and all appears chaotic and unclear.

I’ve firmly set myself in my centre, no matter what may suddenly appear.

This groundedness I’ve cultivated through much trial and testing times.

It is where all light emanates in my soul and where all my qualities rhymes.

Being free of all attachments through this sojourn on the earth plane.

Letting go of all false ego drives lets my essence reign.

And from this place of ceasing all striving much beauty, harmony and bliss is ours to gain.

Just let go of all ego and in your God- centre remain.

When this is achieved on a sustained and fuller level of being.

Grand shifts in your life of great rejoicing is what your bound to be seeing.

Allow the breath to bring you to presence and continue to let go.

Divine providence will guide you on the path with the seeds of purity you now sow.
