Opening my eyes I drink in the world; the glistening sunlight through my open bedroom window; the melodic tunes of the birds as they sweetly announce the start of a new day.

My senses are suitable stirred.

I’m feeling awake, alert and alive!

I don’t allow the collective unconscious matrix dictate my mood and demeanour. As I’m an open vessel to the joyous welling up of Source consciousness within my being.

The key to this knowing is to remain present in the ‘here and now’ reality.

Now,  my mind can be led astray to concerns of ego: of survival in a competitive world. Yet, my AWARENESS rejects all mind chatter.

How?

By engaging the breathe in a conscious manner.

By this act I readily recognise God as my Source and my provision. I fully acknowledge God exists within, around and transcendent to me.

My life takes on a bright hue: I’m in wonder and awe at the way the universe shows up for me in the moment to meet my need.

This is what it means to be abundant in God’s kingdom!

…and so in full acknowledgement of this, I start my day.
